Bernie Sanders Confessed Who He's Voting For

June 24th 2016

After saying, "It doesn't appear that I'm going to be the nominee," Bernie Sanders is taking another step towards a concession by making it clear he'll be voting for Hillary Clinton in the upcoming 2016 presidential election.

When asked if he would vote for Clinton during MSNBC's "Morning Joe" on Friday, Sanders said:

"Yes. I think the issue right here is I’m gonna do everything I can to defeat Donald Trump."

Though, despite being behind Clinton in votes by about 3 million, he still has a list of demands from the former Secretary of State in order to earn his endorsement. "[...] I haven’t heard her say the things that I think need to be said," he told "CBS This Morning," according to POLITICO. These demands from Clinton are:

  • Push for tuition-free college.
  • Make minimum wage $15.
  • Health care for all.

"I would love her to say that, and I would love her to move forward aggressively to make that happen," Sanders claims, adding that although he doesn't yet know exactly when he will endorse Clinton, he "would hope" it would be before the convention.
