Amber Rose Just Gave Her Two Cents on Kim Kardashian Being 'More than a Sex Tape'

Model Amber Rose, who hosted SlutWalk LA last year to fight slut shaming, just defended Kim Kardashian's controversial nude photo on Instagram and called out the people who have directed sexism criticism at the reality star.
After Kardashian received a lot of flak on social media for posting a nude photo of herself earlier this week, Rose posted a photo celebrating Kardashian and condemning those who slut shamed her:
"Being slut shamed and ridiculed is not fun it's hurtful and mean," Rose wrote, adding that she would love if Kardashian could join her SlutWalk efforts in 2016.
Rose also alluded to Kardashian's recent post on her website, where the reality star and mother revealed the struggles of being haunted by her sex tape, which is now more than a decade old.
"Let's let the naysayers know [you] are so much more then a sex tape (13 years ago)," Rose wrote. "[Fuck] it own it. [You're] a mom and a business woman, a wife, sister and daughter. Hope we can make this happen #AmberRoseSlutWalk2016"
This came after Rose called out singer Pink's apparent subtweet that seemed to criticized Kardashian's choice to post a nude photo:
"Damn Pink we were all born naked society sexualizes our breast and bodies," Rose wrote. "If a grown mother of 2 is comfortable with her body and wants to show it off that's none of [your] business or anyone else's."
Rose added that it's important to empower, not belittle, other women.
"We're so quick to down each other instead of uplifting!" Rose wrote. "Pink, We've seen [you] damn near naked swinging from a rope (Beautifully) but what's the difference between a rope, a pole and a pic on Instagram? Classism. Because [you] sing while [you're] half naked does that make it 'Classy' or is it because u have a 'talent'? I'm not dissing at all Pink just curious after [you] said 'You'll never have to make a silly excuse for yourself.'"
Rose and Kardashian have somewhat of a fraught history, as Rose used to date Kardashian's husband Kanye West. Last year, West famously claimed that he had to take 30 showers before Kardashian would date him because he had previously been with Rose, and West also came under fire for shaming Rose's stripper past in January. A couple of days later, however, it appeared Rose and Kardashian had no beef with each other despite this drama, as the two posted this photo together on social media:
