What Happens When Kids Hear What Donald Trump Has to Say

March 5th 2016

The Fine Brothers, the popular YouTube channel behind the Kids React video series, just released a viral clip of children having visceral and mostly negative responses to Donald Trump, and many people are showing enthusiasm for it on social media.

The video, which has more than one million views, shows a series of kids reacting to media clips of Trump, including his infamous spat with Fox News host Megyn Kelly and line about receiving a "small loan of a million dollars" from his father, among other snippets. Overall, the kids were not impressed or happy with his comments.

The kids appeared stunned by footage of the first Republican presidential debate in August, at which Kelly called Trump out for using the words "fat pigs," "disgusting animals," and "dogs" to describe women:

The children giggled about his fussy complaints of "stupid mic" malfunctions at events:

During a heated debate between Trump and Republican presidential contender Ted Cruz, one young boy said, "That's kind of like me and my brother."

The children also called him "mean" for insulting Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) for getting captured in Vietnam:

Finally, the kids disagreed with Trump's desire to build a wall between the U.S. and Mexico and to ban Muslims from entering the country.

The humorous video has people reacting on social media:

Though Trump has been very successful in the primaries so far, many adults in the U.S. have expressed the same concerns about his policies, remarks about minorities, and conduct as the children in the Fine Brothers video. Trump and fellow Republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio recently faced criticism for comparing their penis sizes during the last presidential debate.
