The N.Y. Daily News Just Went Ballistic on Trump and His Supporters

The New York Daily News is back at it again with a scathing cover highlighting an informal endorsement for Republican front-runner Donald Trump by former Klu Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke.
"Trump for prez," the cover screams. "Ex-KKK leader: Vote for Donald, he's just like us!"
A preview of the Daily News' Friday morning cover was released on the publication's Twitter account just as the remaining Republican presidential contenders faced off in Thursday night's GOP debate on CNN. It comes after Duke, a white nationalist and former KKK leader, urged his supporters to vote for the business mogul on his radio show, the "David Duke Radio Program."
"Voting for these people, voting against Donald Trump at this point is really treason to your heritage," Duke said in comments first reported by BuzzFeed News' Andrew Kaczynski.
"I’m not saying I endorse everything about Trump, in fact I haven’t formally endorsed him. But I do support his candidacy, and I support voting for him as a strategic action. I hope he does everything we hope he will do," Duke said.
"And I am telling you that it is your job now to get active. Get off your duff. Get off your rear end that’s getting fatter and fatter for many of you everyday on your chairs. When this show’s over, go out, call the Republican Party, but call Donald Trump’s headquarters, volunteer," Duke continued. "They’re screaming for volunteers. Go in there, you’re gonna meet people who are going to have the same kind of mindset that you have."
