Mark Zuckerberg Causes Controversy After Documenting Daughter's Vaccinations

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg is causing a war in his social media platform's comment section but for an unlikely reason.

The billionaire entrepreneur posted this picture of his daughter at the doctor's office tagged with the message: "Doctor's visit--time for vaccines!"

The post immediately drew criticism from anti-vaxxers who argue that the ingredients in vaccines may put children at the risk of developing autism. This claim has been debunked by numerous government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control.  

Some even accused Zuckerberg of posing for a publicity stunt.

Regardless, the number of people getting vaccinated in the Silicon Valley is particularly low, Wired reports

The post has received more than 2 million likes and over 26,000 shares.
