A community college in Oregon was the latest school to play host to a deadly shooting, marking the 45th school shooting in 2015, according to reports Thursday morning.

Information was still emerging Thursday, but the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said emergency responders reacted to reports of an active shooter at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon. State police confirmed to KATU News that the shooting left between seven to ten fatalities and more than 20 people injured.

Reports also indicate that the shooter was no longer active, according to a KATU live feed.

The Roseburg incident is also the 142nd school shooting since the December 14th, 2012 shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut, according to Everytown for Gun Safety, a non-profit that tracks gun violence.
