Holocaust survivor Harry Cymbulski was four years old when the Nazis invaded Paris in 1940. His parents were both deported to Auschwitz where they died. Harry’s aunt arranged for him, his sister and cousin to hide in a village outside of Paris where a farmer and his wife took the children in. Americans finally liberated them and he and his sister went to the U.S. with their aunt’s family.
