In Germany, jobs that don’t require college degrees are highly respected. More than half of Germans receive job training to be chefs, electricians, carpenters and welders. In America, the common belief is that you have to attend college to get a high-paying job. Mike Rowe also talks about how high paying trade jobs are unfilled.
