Human trafficking has surged in Libya from political instability, and men in Libya are being auctioned off for as little as $400 for farm work. Libya is an important stop for refugees fleeing Africa on their way to Europe, but since European countries are cracking down on their borders, refugees and migrants are stranded in North Africa.
