Colorado made more than $105 million from marijuana taxes last year. Gov. John Hickenlooper signed a bill to spend that money on combating the opioid crisis, education, mental health in jails, and housing for at risk people. If the Trump administration cracks down on marijuana, those profits could go back to the black market.
