75% of Puerto Rico Doesn't Have Power After Hurricane Maria

It has been almost six weeks since Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, and 75% of the island still doesn’t have power. Puerto Rico has received $210 million in relief funding, but they need $5 million to fix their power grid.
