July 5th 2017

Relationships can be difficult, but surely revenge porn is never the answer, right?

Well, likely not if you're Rob Kardashian.

The reality television participant and sock peddler went on a social media tirade on Wednesday morning directed at his ex, Blac Chyna. They have one daughter together, Dream Kardashian.

Kardashian accused Chyna of cheating, and posted a video he claimed she sent to him of her with another man to his Instagram page.

"Hahahaha Chyna just sent me this video saying happy 4th of July what a crazy person," he captions one video of her with another man. "Come spend time with your daughter instead of fucking me and then this dude right after. U need help."

If that wasn't enough, he kept going by posting photos and notes, with one photo showing a man she was allegedly having an affair with, in addition to a video of her allegedly post-plastic surgery.

"Everyone wonders how Chyna lost all that weight after the baby and she lies to everyone but no I'm such a great Husband that on our anniversary I paid 100K to do this surgery to get all everything fixed as much as they could," he wrote in the caption.

But in now-deleted photos, Kardashian may have broken the law — by posting nude photos of his ex without her permission.

Though the photos have been deleted from his Instagram page, followers and gossip bloggers were quick to screen shot the images, which showed Chyna nude from the waist down and another of her topless. "This is from Chyna yesterday to me," he captioned the post before deletion, according to PEOPLE, "I never been so disrespected in my life. I just bought her 250K of jewelry yesterday. This woman is so disrespectful and I don’t care."

He then went on to share several other graphic posts on Instagram and Twitter where he made more claims about drug use, plastic surgery, and alleged sexual partners.

California has a "Revenge Porn" law.

"In 2013, the California legislature added 'revenge porn' — known more technically as 'nonconsensual pornography' — to the list of California computer crimes. As a result, revenge porn is now a crime under California Penal Code 647(j)(4) PC.2 Revenge porn is similar to but distinct from the related crime of 'invasion of privacy.' With invasion of privacy, the defendant secretly records sexual images of another person, without his/her knowledge or consent," Shouse California Law House explained.

The California law group went on to state on its site the "legal definition of nonconsensual pornography" which includes:

  1. You have an image of the intimate body part of another identifiable person, or an image of that person engaged in sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation or masturbation.
  2. You intentionally distribute that image.
  3. There was an understanding between you and that person that the image would remain private.
  4. You know or should know that the distribution of the image will cause the person serious emotional distress.
  5. The person depicted suffers serious emotional distress.

California is further ramping up its laws against non-consensual pornography to include harsher punishments for offenders.

The case of the former Playboy model, Dani Mathers, is used as inspiration behind the push for bill SB 784. Mathers took a photo of a nude woman in a gym shower without her permission, and posted it on Snapchat.

SB 784 seeks to not only punish those who release these images, but to "entitle victims to monetary restitution to get a picture off the internet and out of public distribution," CNN reported. Though Chyna's behavior was poor, Kardashian's may be worse — and beyond that, illegal.

As for the late Robert Kardashian's only son, Snoop Dogg has some sage advice:

The rapper said in a video he posted Wednesday in response to the beef between the former couple: "Quit crying to the internet."
