Here are the results, according to the AP:

  • Arkansas: Passed 52 percent to 48 percent, with 68 percent of the vote counted.
  • Florida: Passed 71 percent to 29 percent, with 99 percent of the vote counted.
  • North Dakota: Passed 64 percent to 36 percent, with 86 percent of the vote counted.

With medical marijuana now legalized in those states that brings the total number of states with medical marijuana to 28. A Quinnipiac University poll from June found that 89 percent of Americans support legalizing medical marijuana. The same poll found that a majority of Americans support legalizing recreational marijuana. Medical marijuana may be able to treat ailments, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, epilepsy, and others.
