This Facebook Post From Victoria Beckham Is Going Viral for an Amazing Reason

July 5th 2016

Former Spice Girl and fashion mogul Victoria Beckham posted a video on her Facebook account that's going viral for all the right reasons.

The music video for the #WhatIReallyReallyWant campaign, which so far has more than 14 million views, features girls from across the globe dancing to the Spice Girls 1996 hit "Wannabe." Throughout the video, the girls hold up signs that support The Global Goals' initiative for gender equality.

The #WhatIReallyReallyWant video starts in what appears to be Asia, with girls dancing in front of a sign that reads "end violence against women." The camera then moves to a new location with Muslim girls. Their sign says "quality education for all girls."

The camera moves past that sign and ends up in a new location. There, Black women dance next to a sign that says "end child marriage."

The dance video ends with girls running out behind a double decker bus that says "equal pay for equal work."

The Global Goals video and the hashtag #WhatIReallyReallyWant are part of a global campaign for equal rights for women. The campaign calls on people to share what they really want for women so that the organization can share it with United Nations world leaders.

People on Twitter, including the Spice Girls, responded.
